Questions, answered

How do I track my order?

Open the Orders tab to follow your delivery live — from confirmed and preparing to picked up and on the way. You'll also see your rider on the map in real time.

What is the delivery code?

Every order has a confirmation code shown in the app. Share it with your rider only when your order arrives so we can confirm it reached the right person.

How do I send a package?

Tap "Send Packages" on the home screen, enter the pickup and drop-off details, choose a size, and pay. A rider is dispatched for door-to-door delivery, with live tracking the whole way.

How does Refer & Earn work?

Share your invite code from the Refer & Earn screen. When a friend places their first order, you both earn ₦5,000 off your next orders.

How are payments processed?

Payments are handled securely by Paystack at checkout. SwftServe does not store your full card details.

How do I get a refund or report a problem?

Email support@swftserve.com with your order number and a short description. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@swftserve.com from your registered address and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
